From the 1st of April 2002 people wishing to have a new (or replacement) soild fuel or wood burning products(s) / flue liners installed in their home will have to obtain Building Control Approval from either their Local Authority or through the Competent Persons Scheme being operated by HETAS Ltd.

B&B Fireplaces are fully registered HETAS installers, hence you will not need to seek Building Control Approval before commencing work. This will save you both time and money.

All gas fires and gas related works must be undertaken by CORGI registered installers. B&B Fireplaces use fully registered CORGI gas engineers.
